I've been without mobile service for a few days now on my prepaid card. Can someone contact me to help me understand why and how to fix it?

Do you still have enough credit left and have booked a tariff? There may also be a network fault. Feel free to take a look at the live check. and restarting the smartphone can also be helpful.

i don’t have credits, however, I didn’t need to , to receive calls or sms, is not it the case anymore? 

Restarting my phone didn’t help either. 

i checked the live check: 

Telefonieren und surfen mag möglicherweise nicht einwandfrei funktionieren. Der Grund ist entweder eine Überlastsituation, also zu viele Mobilfunknutzer gleichzeitig in einem bestimmten Bereich. Oder es handelt sich hier um eine andere Störung (z.B. ein Hardware-Teil an der Basisstation ist defekt). Wir arbeiten bereits an einer Lösung und bitten um Verständnis.

The prepaid SIM card must be topped up every 6 months, please check the credit validity.

the SIM card must be topped up at least every 6 months. If this is not done, the SIM card will be deactivated. Have you already received any information about this?
