I tried to contact o2 in many ways but was not able to reach them. I changed my network from o2 to sim.de , and now they are asking for approval from o2 to change the same number which I had, to another network. So I need approval to change my network immediately from o2 to sim.de. please help me to do this. Mail me the procedure how to contact o2 community to get the approval
