My sim card got locked PUK

Hello,

My sim card got locked and i dont have the PUK code neither the login to My O2 account.

I tried several times to reach out to support but without any result.

I need help unlocking my sim card as soon as possible.

I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.

The prepaid card was then deactivated due to non-topping. Reactivation is no longer possible. Order a new one.

how was your sim card blocked? by entering the wrong PIN?

i was abroad for couple weeks it got locked
