Hello,
On 10th of Oct’23, I made a bank transfer of EUR 15 to the bank details provided by 02. But still the balance has not been credited to my account.
Also, I had given direct debit option for the recharge after which I again clicked for top-up with EUR 15. Now it is allowing me to only use 30 MB for 0.99 EUR.
What should I do further in order for me to receive the credit?
Can somebody from O2 Pls. help me with this? Your quick help would be appreciated.
