Hello, I was charged twice for 9.99 euros but received the benefits only once.

    I appreciate prepaid o2 my prepaid S

    Credit was insufficient for automatic renewal and the pack was paused. After charging, the pack was automatically reactivated and extended. @Prafull Wagh  wanted to book the pack again, but deactivated it and then booked again. Paid twice and received once.

    I did recharge for 15 euros and the pack was activated but the benefits were never received. Even it wasn’t seen on the O2 app.
