Cashout the Creidt from my account to real money

I have 9.04 euros in my prepaid account and my terif costs 9.99  and gives me 1.5 GB… now i want to cancel my O2 to change to another carrier with 7 GB and cost even less.

Q1: If I want to stay with the same number, is there another way to avoid paying the 25 Euros ( This my 3rd month with O2 only)?

Q2: How to cashout the remaing creidt 9.04? and How even I can use them because the prepaid card are only 15 / 20 /30 Euros and there is no way to add that 0.95 to reach 1 month fee?!!

Q1: No, you have to pay that.

Q2: You can add 0.95 via bank transfer, for that you can send a free empty SMS to 56656, you will receive the appropriate bank details as a response. Here you can find the cashout form.
