Hello

I wanted to activate the Mobile Prepaid S plan, but by the time I activated the plan, Surf Dayflat was activated and 1,49EUR was debited from my top-up credit. Now I'm unable to activate the mobile prepaid S as it is showing insufficient balance. I haven't used any mobile data and I'm not sure how the Surf Dayflat got activated. Is it possible to refund the amount debited for Surf Dayflat and activate the Mobile Prepaid S?
