Confirm Cancell of contract O2

Hello,

I would like to confirm that my contract for O2 MOBILE and DSL are canceled (although I have to pay until February 2020).

Apparently my email was wrong, so I didn't receive confirmation.

Hi @manuxloko,

welcome to the o2 community!

I can confirm that your contracts are cancelled and will end by the end of their respective runtime in January/February 2020.
You can check the frontpage of your Mein o2 account as well as the last page of your upcoming bill where the date we received your cancellation is confirmed.

Please could you verify that my account has been deactivated. I have received the bill for MARCH and APRIL in my bank account. How can I get this money back?
