So I put in the wrong reference number while paying for my monthly subscription and now I‘m being asked to pay the next month plus the missing month‘s bill. Is there a way to clear the payment?

Alright thank you. I was hoping to find another solution since the hotline appears to be very busy, been on hold for almost half an hour now but its ok. Thank you for your help ​@Bumer
