A customer service representative on Karl Marx Strasse in Berlin told me I wasn't going to be charged this month for DSL because of two mistakes that were made on my last bill that was over 220 euro.

I only got a refund for one of the two mistakes:

Einmaliger Anschlusspreis O2 DSL - 19.02.2020 19% 58,8151
Anschlusspreis Option AVM FritzBox - 20.02.2020 19% 42,0084

He said I wouldn't be charged this month to rectify the other charge. (And to check on my invoice because there might be a mistake again! HA!) It's true: I was still charged 85,34 this month. I demand a refund!

You can't demand anything here. If a shop promised you something then the shop will have to make sure that promise is fulfilled.

And how do you suppose I do that when all the shops are closed, I’m abroad, and there is no email address?

Where did you conclude the contract? In a shop or online? If it was online and the invoice doesn’t match the contract then of course you can get help via online chat, the hotline or, possibly, from a moderator here. If the contract was concluded in a shop, it wil depend on what exactly the mistake is who can help you and how.

From your initial post it sounds like a shop promised you wouldn’t have to pay something that is normally charged for. If not, it would help if you explain exactly what was agreed and what is not correct.
