I concluded a contract in August 2022 for 24 month, with a new iphone and sim, with terrif amount Euro 29 and mobile phone amount Euro 34 for 2 years. So, basically, O2 should have stopped deducting Euro 34 from August 2024 onwards! It’s been more than 3 months, O2 is still deducting 34 EURO. What should I do?

Are you sure the phone wasn’t purchased in 36 instalments, i.e. over 3 years?
24 x 34€ = 816,00 €
36 x 34€ = 1.224,00 €
Looks more for 36 Months than 24…

I don't see any o2 My Handy contract that started in August.
The first instalment for the iphone 13 Mini was debited by us on 01.01.2023.
The last instalment will be debited on 01.12.2024.
The contract has not yet expired.
The instalment is EUR 33 per month.

The contract was concluded in July 2022. See beloe image, amount has been debited from my Account. Please credit the extra amount that you have debited from my account ASAP.
If you bought the phone in 2022, check your contract to make sure it was for 24 months and not 36. What phone did you buy?
