Sorry for the language, but it's better for me so I write this in English.

One of my colleagues had used O2 mobile for a few years, and they put the end of the service about a year ago. But O2 Germany starts to charge the usage fee for this April for NOTHING. Her number has been expired. So the charge is completely unreasonable.

O2 hotline or email but there's no email address and O2 phone call hotline demands the phone number. As I mentioned earlier, O2 hotline system said: could not find the number. And on the forum, the account has been expired as well. What the?

And even O2 Germany sent her a demand note. Demand what?

I am really disappointed with O2 Germany, and I know this is NOT just the case.

Does anyone know the solution?
And of course, she got the termination confirm email.

Hello there!

How can you be sure about the origin of the fee (i.e. what it is for)?

Have you received the mail regarding the new bill?

Have you checked the Costumer ID included in the transaction with the customer ID your friend had while the contract was active?

The customer ID is all you need for clarifying the situation. If you want us to check the check the customer ID, please let us know here.

We´ll then switch to the personal messages. Please check if you have all the neccessary information at hand. If that´s not the case, please tell your friend to post in this thread.

Regarding the hotline: It may take a few minutes, but you can skip the dialog by saying "I don´t have a number" or in German "ich habe keine Nummer" a few times.

Viele Grüße,

Kurt
