My contract ended in december and already sent the router before the deadline. Why am I still being charged for it? From dhl it says that its delivered but I never received a confirmation from O2 that they already received it. What should I do?

well, you have proof that DHL has successfully handed over the return to O₂.  O₂ is a bit slow when it comes to returns, but you should have received an email that they have received the return but it has not yet been booked.

Under MyO₂ you should actually see that the return has arrived but has not yet been booked. But it is not typical that it takes so long. I would call the english hotline at 089 66 66 30 08 1 and ask what's going on. Alternatively, you can also wait here for a moderator, but this can take up to 14 days due to the high demand for help.

If you still have the infos from DHL concerning the return,then this should be fairly quick to clear up. It can always happen that something goes wrong with a delivery, but if you have the proof that you handed the router over to DHL, then you’ll be in the clear. You’ll then be reimbursed for the fees that came from this.
