Hello, the invoice is debited once a month by direct debit from the bank account provided. Do you perhaps have an error in your bank details? And can you maybe write in English?

To answer your question, we need a little more information. Is it a mobile phone contract or do you have a prepaid card? Is the bill always debited from your account normally?

Normally you should have given direct debit authorization when ordering. The monthly fees will be deducted from your account.
You will receive an invoice notification by email beforehand and can view your invoice online at Mein o2. The method of payment is also shown on the invoice.
