Internet Activation

On Friday morning (26.10) one of your technician came to my apartment to activate my DSL connection. My friend, with whom I live together, was there and she let him in. After checking the phone line at the flat, he said that everything was fine and the internet will have been activated around 17:00 -18:00. Instead, a few minutes after he left the apartment, I received an e-mail saying that our appointment was not accomplished. Apparently, there was no internet in the flat and when I tried to contact O2 customer service in the next morning, one of your employees, instead of trying to help me, she insulted me by saying that I should call only when I will be able to speak good German.

Therefore, I would like to point out that not only your technician LIED, but also your employee in the call center refused to help me because I could not speak good German. Those RACIST remarks are unacceptable within an international company as O2, where the employees should have at least a basic knowledge of English.

Finally, I would like to highlight that the next appointment that I managed to make, will be 10 days after the initial one. During that period of time, my friend and flatmate, who is working remotely from home, will not be able to work and thus she will lose money.

I hope O2 will revise its services and no costumer experience similar situations.

Hello george,

I tried the name that was used in the email that you are using in your forum account. If you use a different email for your DSL account i will send you a private message (that you will recognize as a small letter symbol in the upper right corner).

Regards,

Lars
