Where can I find my 10 digit access PIN?


Please do not tell me to call helpline because unfortunately I speak English. So all the emails I received from o2 are in German so I can not find the PIN.

please remember

Never ever organize a o2router and try to install it!

A O2 router must be delivered and supported from O2. Makes no sense without a rental contract with O2.

With a router rental contract with o2, you get a PIN, like required!

o2 just emailed me PDFs again. 😞
In the .pdf you will find the PIN to activate the connection.

Under "Verwendung eines eigenen Routers" there is a password but that does not work 😞

As other Users told me you bought a used homebox, In this case we cant guarantee that you can use that router to establish a connection, cause our homeboxes are rented and have to sent back after the contact ends. If users sell them for example on eBay its possible that the box will land on a blacklist and cant be used by you.
