wrong billing period

Hello Team, 
 

My O2 home internet connection was installed and activated on 28.April.2023.

And now, on 22.May, i received the invoice for the montly deduction, where it says the billing period is from 15.april to 14.May.

 this is not fair, as My billing period is expected to start exactly on the day when the connection setup is done. Could you please help to change the billing dates, as i dont want to pay for 15 days, as the service itself was offered from 28.April.

Not the billing period, the charging period for the tariff. This will be stated on page 2 beside the tariff. Each invoiced item should have a date. Also check the amount charged. Is it really the amount for a whole month?

The billing period is always a whole month but are you sure you were actually charged for the days before 28th April?

yes, I see the billing period in invoice copy states, its charged from 15.April to 14.May.

you’re right. in the split wise calculations, i see the charging date in coorect. I missed to see the page 2. Thanks for your quick reply.
