Hello Team,
My O2 home internet connection was installed and activated on 28.April.2023.
And now, on 22.May, i received the invoice for the montly deduction, where it says the billing period is from 15.april to 14.May.
this is not fair, as My billing period is expected to start exactly on the day when the connection setup is done. Could you please help to change the billing dates, as i dont want to pay for 15 days, as the service itself was offered from 28.April.
