Hello O2,

   I moved on 06.01.2020 to my new address. When I asked O2 about this, I was offered a free service if i extend the contact. I selected that but somehow now in my new invoice i am charged 42,0084 Euros extra for this moving. Could you please explain me why you are charging me this?

welcome to our community. I have checked this matter for you, it was a mistake. My colleagues credited the fee and put in the 24 month contract extention. Everything is alright now.
