Hi, I canceled my contract last year in October.

Yesterday, I got an invoice from O2. I just wonder, why I got that invoice.

It might be for a router? Because I forgot to sent the router back to O2, right?

I just want to know if anyone can tell me.

Now I’m outside Germany, so I cannot call the O2. 

And my old account is expired.

Hi, its possible that the invoice is about the router.

But no worries: you can still send it to o2 and get your money back.

You will need the Serial number(written on the sticker on the router), the fixed line number of your contract and some data of yourself.
