Hello  guys  please I need a help

first  let me explain about my situation, I order  a dsl in o2 shop on the October 2019 and  it was clear in the  contract that I  will be  paying €29 monthly for 2 years before renewing the contract.I sind the contract and appointment was fix on 14/112019 which means the the billing date will start on the 14 to 15 of the other month on the 13/12 /2019 I check my o2app and the pending bill was €160.30

I was suppressed and called them and their risen was I make international calls with my landline which was true and I ask them the next bills  and they explain to me that without international calls the bill is going to be normal which is €29 so I stop making international calls with the landline and go and pay the bill, in the  next two days I was giving a bill of €403.60  and  details of  this bill shows that is from 17/12/2019 to 30/12/2019 which I don't understand so I called them and they said the bill is  from 15/11/2019 to 14/12/2019  and  I make it  clear to them is just a month now when the dsl is  active so they tell me they will forward my complain to the  complain  service so I should give them  two days to seven days and  two weeks now no information,

Guys please did  anyone  experience this before  and how to avoid paying this?

All services you use will be charged according to the price list. If you do not want to pay the costs, you should not use the corresponding services.

International calls cost up to 129,90 Cent/Min, special numbers even higher, so that large invoice amounts can be generated in a short time.

@M61 yafaa Which country have you made your international calls to?  And did you both call?  (Landline and cell phone)

Hello

The first bill was €160 when I call o2 to ask why  they said is because of international calls  I pay it and stop making international calls in the same month €403.6, why two bills in one month and which international calls again because I stop the calling after the first bill ?  And if you say the calls cost €129.90 what happened to the other €273 ?

The first bill was €160 and  they said because of international calls with the installation I pay it of and  stop making international calls, in the same month €403 I don't understand why two bills in the same month,  and now they are telling me that the international calls cost €129.90, if so what happened to the other €272?

Hi @M61 yafaa,

welcome to the o2 community!

The bills you receive are always created retroactively which means they always cover a period of time in the past. When you received the first bill in November, it covered the period between 24/10/19 and 14/11/19, the second one covered 15/11/19 to 14/12/19 (including the amount from the first bill that hadn’t been paid at that time).

The costs @blablup mentioned are possible amounts per minute, not a total number to be paid.

So, as of now, the 160 EUR of the first bill are already paid, if you subtract that sum from the 403,95 EUR you get the 243,64 EUR you still owe. Once you’ve paid this, this whole transaction is completed and the upcoming bill in January should be in the expected range.

Best regards,
Jan.
