I'm new in Leipzig, Germany and two weeks ago (18th of July) I applied online for your DSL internet package.  I received a confirmation email straight away that day but I have not heard from you since?  I am luckily allowed to use the previous tenants internet for the next week but I am concerned to when my o2 internet will be set up?  If nothing has been done I will be forced to go to another internet provider (who hopefully responds quickly) due to time limitations I now face.  Can you update me on the progress of my internet connection?  I have not been given any kind of customer reference number.  My full name is Jordan Anna Ibsen.  Please contact me as soon as possible if you need more information.  I have been unable to get through to you via phone or social media.
