Lte home spot

Hallo. Thank you for your answer and of course than you for understanding. So i have home spot lte that i ordered of 225mbps and i understand that's not possible bit possible is 100mbps for that Tarif. Hi @Eduardtk. :)

It is possible to surf with the o2 HomeSpot on a max. data rate of 225mbit/s. But unfortunately it doens’t mean, that it’s constantly by 225 mbit/s. Every tariff for the HomeSpot (o2 my Data Spot Flex, o2 my Data Spot, o2 my Data Spot Unlimited) has a max. data rate of 225Mbit/s. The price for the tariffs doesn’t depend on the data rate, it depends on the data volume (10 GB, 100GB or unlimited, depends on the tariff you booked) you are able to use per month.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. :)

Best regards
Juliane

@o2_Juliane yes of course but i had offered 50mbps, 100mbps and 225mbps every had different price and all of them was unlimited that's the point.. I did kündigen 14 days after and i never get answers for that. That's my right to make Kundigung till 14 days and i did it because i m unhappy costumer with that internet.. I have mobile phone and tarif and i m very happy but with home spot internet i m not. As i said i had offered 3 difrent speed internet for home spot and all at difrent prices for all unlimited internet

Hello @Eduardtk,

thank you for sending your number.
As I can see you booked a my Data Spot Unlimited tariff for the o2 HomeSpot. That means, that you can use unlimited data volume. To reach the data rate (225 mbit/s), it depends on the mobile transmission stations the HomeSpot connects itself with. Because the HomeSpot is using mobile data, for example like a mobilephone.

I am a little bit confused about this statement:

@o2_Juliane yes of course but i had offered 50mbps, 100mbps and 225mbps every had different price and all of them was unlimited that's the point.. (...)

The HomeSpot doesn’t have tariffs with 50 mbit/s, 100mbit/s or 225 mbit/s (data rate). It only has tariffs with different data volume/ data capacity, you are able to use per month (10 GB, 100 GB or Unlimited) and these have different prices. Every tariff has a maximum of 225 mbit/s data rate. That means, that it is possible to use 225 mbit/s, but its also possible, that the 225 mbit/s will not be reached.

As you said, you cancelled the contract for your tariff o2 my Data Spot Unlimited, right?
As I can see, you made the contract in a o2 Shop. Unfortunately I can not help you with cancelling the contract. Please talk to the employees in the o2 Shop where you made the contract. :)

Best regards
Juliane
