Hello,

i have 100gb homespot internet and i wrote several letters but unfortunately no reply. the sales person told me i could cancel anytime i want. I also run the test online and it says that there is no highspeed internet at my address. I am suppose to get 37.5 mb/ sec i get on average 6/7mb/sec. I also have online classes and due to corona situation i use more internet. I don’t get why they have to lie about contracts. I have an extraordinary reason to cancel my contract but they still won’t.

You should have received a message from our cancellation department by now.

I´m sorry, that my co-workers haven´t decided in your favour.

 

The reason for that, according to my co-workers, is the coverage itself, which is presented to us as usable and available.

Of course, the archivable speed won´t show up in our maps.

A higher speed is also something that we´d prefer, depending on the time and usage an optimal speed might not always be available.

 

Since when do you experience such low speeds with your homespot? Did it happen back in 2019 or did that just startet a few month ago?
