i have 100gb homespot internet and i wrote several letters but unfortunately no reply. the sales person told me i could cancel anytime i want. I also run the test online and it says that there is no highspeed internet at my address. I am suppose to get 37.5 mb/ sec i get on average 6/7mb/sec. I also have online classes and due to corona situation i use more internet. I don’t get why they have to lie about contracts. I have an extraordinary reason to cancel my contract but they still won’t.
