I have left Germany since June 24th 2019, I have also closed my bank account. Where shall i send my soft copy of deregistration from city to O2. Please send me the email address. As I am getting bill on my number while I haven’t used it since months.

You must send the cancellation confirmation of your city together with your cancellation of the o2 contract by post to the following address:
