Hello,

 

I recently got a plan with O2 that gives me the homespot and SIM card with the young peope deal.

I have sent my form of ID weeks ago and have not recieved any confirmation that this was accepted.

Can someone please tell me if it was because I am starting to get stressed about this issue, I cannot afford to pay an extra 15 euro a month.
