Wrong tarif plan

Hello,

I went to a store of O2, the 21 of october, because my contract of 24 months was finished and wanted a new one.

The person at the store did not speak english well, and I don't speak German. I asked for the contract O2 Free M, that cost 15€ per month with 20GB speed of 300Mbps, but he gave me a contract of unlimited data at 10Mbps.

I would like to know how to get the previous plan again.

Best regards,

Hello @fran47889644

The Free M is for 29,99€ , 14,99€ is for a 2nd contract .

it's the Unlimited Smart now?

I started a contract (I think ot was also free M) in 2020 and is already finished. I went to the O2 store on friday for my second contract, for the same telephone number. I asked for a Free M, that I saw it for 15€, 20GB at 300Mbps, but they give me the unlimited Smart tarif.

I also have a different contract, for a different telefon number.

Is it possible to change it?? is the phone number ending in 88.

Best regards,

It's not possible to change it. You can port your old  number to the new contract. Don't forget to cancel the 1st contract... you have two ...

It's the new Unlimited Smart for 39,99€ or 19,99€ now?

Maybe I did not explain myself.

I started a contract in august of 2020 for the phone ending in *88

I started another contract  in september of 2020 for the phone ending in *25

Both contracts already finished.

I went to the store to get a new contract for my number ending in *88, because it was cheaper. I wanted the free M plan that cost 15, but they gave me the new Unlimited Smart, that cost 20EUR and is very slow the connection speed. The contract was in German so I just signed what he told me. He took advantage of me and give me whatever.

I would like to request the change from the plan new Unlimited Smart to Free M that started the 21 of october

Dear @fran47889644 ,

welcome to our community. 🍃

Contracts made in a shop do not fall under the 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is nothing we can do for you, because you signed the contract in the shop. The only thing you can do is go back to the shop in question and ask for a correction there.

Kind regards,

Andrea
