That is the basic fee for the mobile contract and the basic fee for home internet. You also have a discount of 15 Euros on your mobile contract. Are these amounts different from those in your contracts?
Why do you think you have to pay 40€?
You have a mobile contract with a basic fee of 29,99
And you have a landline contract that costs 35,98
And you have a discount of 15€.
So you have to pay 50,97
What do you think is wrong?

Vergünstigungen / Guthaben -15,00 € For how long was your discount booked? 12 months? If your discount booking period just stops, it will have an impact of the amount of your costs.

Yes, I checked my contract. I didn’t find anything that you asked.
And as I remember, they just told me that the charges would be enhance after the 2 years if I will continue the contract.

Hey @JagDwi , I’m happy to help So, your contract documents as well as your monthly bills list (on page one of your bill) a section wich is called: Vergünstigungen/ Guthaben - Benefits/ Credit
If you check there, you will see your special discount, witch was settled with a specifed time limit. You have already posted it within this Thread:
This speccial discount has expired and that is the reason, that your billing amount has changed. I hope this helps understand the prize. Kind regards, Matea

That’s not fair. No-one told me about this special conditions during the contract.
The guy assured me that the billing amount would always be same (~40euro) upto 2 years. He did not tell me that O2 is providing me any special discount etc.
If he told me that time then why I have taken this contract????

Hey @JagDwi , I’m so sorry. I can try and generate a (Ticket) complaint in your name. But I am sure that they will point out that your monthly bill as well as your contract documents, including the time frame(12month) of your given discount.
