Wrong customer number on bank transfer

Help! I missed a payment so I transfered the money through bank transfer. But I accidentally wrote the wrong customer number on the reference for my monthly rate when I transferred the payment. And because I wrote the customer number wrong, my internet doesn't work anymore. I transferred the amount again, but how I do i fix the first transfer which is the wrong transfer? Do i get it back? and how long does it take for them to enable my interest access again?

Welcome to our o2 Community.

I am sure there is a way to solve this. 

Please sent us a private Message to our @o2_Support User and tell us your mobile number, your date of birth and your IBAN and

the date you sent the money and tell us the exact amount and what you wrote in the reference field. With these infos it should be possible  

to locate the money and to transfer it to your account.
