Help! I missed a payment so I transfered the money through bank transfer. But I accidentally wrote the wrong customer number on the reference for my monthly rate when I transferred the payment. And because I wrote the customer number wrong, my internet doesn't work anymore. I transferred the amount again, but how I do i fix the first transfer which is the wrong transfer? Do i get it back? and how long does it take for them to enable my interest access again?
