Wrong contract

I signed contract for 2 numbers with the condition that one of the number to be ported from Kaufland network. 
They gave me 2 sim cards , but 3 ( 1 O2 + 1 o2 ( supposed to get changed to my ported number) + my ported number now as O2) numbers are active and I am paying for 3 numbers although I have only 2 sim cards . 
I went to the O2 shop twice , they just promise in the air that they will resolve , but its been more than 2 months and I am charged fraudulently now . Please help

If you signed a contract in an o2 store you have to send a complaint to our customer service. They will clarify the situation by getting in touch with the shop assistant. Did you already try to go that way so send a letter?
