worst experience ever!!!

Hello,

 

meine Auftragsnummer lautet: WSHWXXXXXXXX

I have ordered  my handy phone (iphone 13 pro) on 1.11.22, after that from the customer service I got an email that I have to pay 181€ initial deposit, so in that email I have to confirm the order and it asked me to pay that amount of 181€ + 4,99€ shipping cost through credit card which I did it on 8.11.22.

 

Now, on 5.12.22 again that initial deposit (181€) was deducted from my bank account. 
 

I have called them they said that I should email them with the proof of the payment, but it’s been two weeks I have emailed them but no any response from their end.

I see a credit booking on December 20th for the amount of 181 euros. This sum should then be offset against the next payments.
