Hi, i have unlimited data transfer. Before repairing my local antenna (ca. 50 meters near my home) i had perfect connection, almost 70-85MB/s with my WLAN Home Spot. For over a week were some repairs, then my Internet connection was just terrible. Fine - repairs. ;)

But, my problem is after repairing, because now i have maximum (almost at night) 5-6MB/s download and 6-7MB/s upload. It works, but i can’t use Internet like before (Sometimes just watching a movie on only one devise is like 2 minutes movie, 1 minute waiting, 2 minutes movie, 1… And before was no problem to watch on few devices movies in 1440, but now one device with 720 have problems.).

What i can do? I tried to connect with chat, but it’s not working. I tried to call, but i don’t speak fluent german, and that robotic call center don’t recognize my problem. Can anyone from Telefonica help me? I don’t wish to end my O2 Home Spot, i think it’s very cool. But i just to know why my Internet connection is now worse, than before repairing.

 Someone will be along to help you. In the mean time can you look to see the status of your local Antenna  (Cell Tower) to see if there has been any further updates. Live Check via Ort

 Have you tried moving Your Homespot to another part of the building to see if things improve?

Sure. Few days i tried to use it outside too. Nothing better. :pensive:


After repairing Internet was a bit better, but from today’s morning comes back bad connection. Any idea what’s going on?:thinking:

Actually i can show movies only in 240-480 pixels, sometimes with 720. Netflix only with better connection. Games with online mode have PING near 140-255, with best connection 35-45.

My question is, why my Internet is now so bad? I had no such problems before last repairing my local antenna (ca. 50 meters near my home), and i had perfect connection. My computer don’t even show correct localisation on Google Maps (earlier was everything O.K.).

welcome to our English Community. I regret that you are not happy with your homespot-internet-connection. 

 

But thanks a lot for your screenshots. The screenshots show clearly that it depends on the time if you have good or bad internet. 

 

Did you already follow the suggestion of @ukguy and check our Livecheck that you find on our website? At the moment we have an error with LTE. Therefore, you only get low internet. 

 

Therefore, I would like to ask you for further patience. 

 

You will receive a text-message as SMS as soon as our technicians have solved the issue.

After few days my Internet comes to normal activity.
 

In low usage time zone.
At high time.
