Hello everyone

I've ordered the new s24 ultra from Samsung's official website with an o2 sim contract , and I cancelled the order immediately , but today i got an email from o2 with the contract that I've cancelled,why did they send me the contract even I've cancelled it, what should i do ?

 

Contact Samsung. Probably the cancellation did not reach o2 in time.

I contacted them , they told me to be patient and it need a bit of time to be cancelled, thank you for the advice

I hope everything has worked out so far with your withdrawal from the contract. Have you received a confirmation for this by now or should we have a look if everything is in order?

 thank you for your concern 

 

I've contacted Samsung and they told me that it's a matter of time and the contract will be cancelled automatically

But I haven't got any other emails from o2 about the withdrawal of contract sofar

Actually I haven't got any confirmation email for cancellation the comtract , and I'd like you to check it for me please .
