Hello! I've changed my mind about acquiring this Google Pixel 6 pro, so i'd like to cancel this order, so I can make the process again for the other phone I'd like to buy. 

I alredy sent two emails to: widerruf@cc.o2online.de with the papers filled with my request but I stil haven’t got a reply. That was already a week ago. What should I do now?

I recieved the postpaid SIM card which I already cancelled at the o2.de/retoure website. Should I sent the Willkommen bei o2 pack by mail?

My german is not that good, so english help can be highly appreciated. Thanks for the help!

Did you receive an acknowledgement of receipt for your revocation email? If so, you don't need to worry. Our colleagues are probably a bit busy at the moment and therefore need a bit more time for processing.
