why i am receiving billing invoice?


Hi, last month I order Samsung S22 ultra with o2 tariff from Samsung online shop but due to delivery issues I cancelled my order. Today, I received a email from O2 that they will deduct money from the account for last month tariff but I didn't received the sim and I already cancelled the order which I did on Samsung online shop and now I not in germany to contact the call service to contact.

you´re welcome here in our Community. 

The booking process for deduct money will be stopped few days after cancellation of the order. Did the cancellation works or have you still an issue with it? When we got the money, then you´ll get it definitely back.

Please write us. Is your issue resolved at the time or do you still need help?

I received last email on 24th March and in that, it was written that the money will be deducted on 30.03.2022. So as of now I don't know that will they deduct the money or not? Because I already cancelled my order from Samsung online shop.

When did you cancel the order?
Has the revocation been confirmed?

The processing of the revocation can take several weeks. (Possibly 6-8 weeks). Therefore, you may receive additional bills.

The SIM card was pre-activated by Samsung (powwow GmbH), but will be shipped with the device. You agreed to this when you placed your order. There are currently apparently difficulties with the delivery of the devices. o2 has no influence on this.
And that's also the reason why you already got the bill, although you didn't get the SIM yet.

I cancelled my order on 10th march and on the same date I received the confirmation of cancellation of my order 

Maybe @o2_Marco  can see the receipt of your cancellation from powwow in the system.

I need an identifikation and therefore I must get some personal datas and the four digit identifikation number which you have chosen as you signed the contract.  I´ll send you a message to your personal inbox as o2_support.
