Hello,

I've canceled my contract (called twice and in both times they assured me it will be canceled and also sent a cancellation request per mail to O2) and received cancellation confirmation per E-mail. Why does my O2 account show that my contract got extended? Both screenshots below are from today so both are up to date info from O2

The second screenshot is not showing information from today, but in any case the information in your online account is not binding. If you terminated the contract on time and it says so in your invoice, then everything is fine.

the second screenshot is from the invoice I received today (so it is up to date and the next one will be in a month) and if you check, it's on 18.2, the last date for termination is 08.02 and it mentions termination on 21.01. My question is the invoices are created automatically, my account mentions an extended contract, how will the invoices stop? and how can I be sure the termination is effective?
