Hello,

This is Huan Ma. My contract with the number XXXXXX has been terminated on 29.09.2023 (customer Nr. : XXXXXX). This phone number hasn’t been used since then, but there’s still a bill for this month sent to me today. 

Should I take further action to terminate the contract, or should not the bill be paid, kindly let me know via email: mahuan.singing@foxmail.com.

Edit o2_Antje: Personal Data removed and moved from Rechnung to English Community / 19.10.2023

If the contract only ended at the end of September then that will be the invoice for September and of course you need to pay it.

As bs0 already said, our bills are always retrospective. I’ve checked and your contract has been terminated, so this bill that you’ve received is the last one for your contract. You can also see this, as it is titled with “Abschlussrechnung”.
