Where is my Handy?

Good morning

i had on this past week February the 9th renewed my contract and with it, i purchased a new phone. They told me that it was gonna take 2 to 3 days to arrive and the next 24 hrs. I was going  receive an email with the tracking number.... but I didn't get any e mail, just my regular contract purchases. I have no idea where to look or who to talk to.
