Hello, I made an order for a macbook air 15” an hour ago and the only confirmation I get is that the monthly installation payment has been modified and the one-time payment has increased. I made the payment for the one-time deposit and have not received any further email concerning the status of my order.For how long does it take to get further emails concerning the order since I am now a new customer of O2.

If your order is from a few hours ago, there will be a new email with the order confirmation of the modified order a bit later. I cannot predict the exact time, but normally it happens within the next days or earlier.

Hello, thank you for the information. However, I have been waiting for two days now and have not received any message. ordered on Friday afternoon. Is it possible that my order will not be confirmed and shipped until Monday?
Credit checks can sometimes take longer. Especially if there is a weekend in between. Wait and see first.
