whats the problem


I have paid for my internet bill on the first of the month which I would say was too high , 74,99 euros , before I subscribed to that I was told monthly would be 39 euros for the unlimited .now after paying for the bills it doesn't show in my O2 app I still see the bill there to be paid ,how possible is that ?

You have to pay 39,99 one time connection fee.

74,99 - 39,99 = 35 

Could be that you get a 4€ discount on your monthly fee…

You should find the detail information on your invoice. Use the app or the Mein O2 page to check it.

What I meant is that , I already paid for the 74,99 at the O2 agent store but I still see the bill in my O2 app to be paid

You should remove the photo. It contains your personal information!

The bill will not disappear or change in the my o2 App and it can take several days before the payment status is updated if you pay in a shop.
