What is the difference between ins Ausland sperrren, im Ausland sperrren, and sperrren?
Which one should I choose to block all outgoing international calls?
I cancelled “O2 Music Paket/Telefónica Germany” last month, but I still received a payment invoice this month. Do you experiance such issue and how did you solve it?

If you select "ins Ausland sperren", you can only call numbers in the country where you are currently located. If you are in Germany, you can only call German numbers. If you are in France, you can only call French numbers.
If you select "im Ausland sperren", you cannot make any calls outside Germany. So outgoing calls are only possible if you are in Germany.
If you select "sperren", you cannot make any calls at all, no matter where you are. Not even in Germany.
In your case, you would have to choose "ins Ausland sperren":
