Hello i got some emails from o2 about something i don´t know what is it i told to o2 employee that i want end my subscription to O 2 Free M Flex and end my card he told me ok i will end your contract with o2 , it was 13.8.2021 in branch  Flensburg he end my contract and he told me that by one day it should be off my card. I have a contract

Excuse me please, but your post is hard to understand, at least for me.

Did your contract already finish on 13.8.2021 or is the contract still not terminated?

If your contract with O2 is already terminated, just set a filter for no longer getting eMails from O2 in your eMail-App..

Now it’s more understandable. As I myself am just only customer, I won’t be able to help you.

The quickest way I think would be, to call the english supporting hotline that is:

089 66 66 30 08

But notice, it is sure possible, that there is no native english speaker (like me) at the end of the line, so please be patient! ;)

You can also wait here to take a mod’s care for you, but as you already experienced it may take longer time.

I try call to this number but the number didn´t work i dont have a german card anymore i have only my slovak card.

so you seem to be in Slovakia. I wonder why you can’t get thru to the shown number. Maybe, roaming is deachtivated by your Slovak provider? (Which Provider?)

And still, what I think to be cleared is, did you have a prepaid or a postpaid SIM-card? I guess, it’s a postpaid card because you allready mentioned, it is still activated.

If this is so and you still can’t get through the number, you’ll have to wait for a O2-Mod, but it may take some days til a O2-Mod will take care of you.

there is no set contract cancellation for the number with which you’re logged in.

There was a cancellation priority notice set on the 13th of August, 2021. This entry can only be made online in “Mein o2” and has to be confirmed via phone in order to set in.

Shops can’t set or confirm the cancellation, I’m afraid.

You could set the priority notice again, the process is described here:

You’d still need to call a given number, but you should be able to skip the questions about the number by saying “weiter” a few times. Please take a look at the connection prices of your provider, since a call from your home network to germany will most likely be billed differently.

i still geting emails from o2 with more and more money to pay I don't understand what they want from me because I canceled my account before I went home to Slovakia , I will not pay for something I don't use and it has been canceled so don't send me payment emails solve it you have in that mess.


and btw i can´t download german app here in slovakia and can´t load the site on pc you guys have a problem here because I canceled it in Germany and in Slovakia when I click on the cancellation It don't even want to load it so….

If I understand everything completely now, you have left Germany as your permanent residence and now have your permanent residence in Slovakia. Is that correct?
If so, then I must ask you to transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible. Otherwise, your case will be handed over to debt collection and we will no longer be able to help you with this matter. Currently, the cancellation is registered and your contract will be deactivated on 15 February. There may have been a misunderstanding, as the contract is cancelled within one month of the cancellation and not within one day (Flex tariff).
