Hi I bought iPhone14 promax last February 2023 after 2 months of using, it always hangs and I cannot touch the screen. Not until today that it got really bad. It took like 6 hours before it worked again. I wasn’t able to use my phone because the screen does not function. Am I allowed to have a brand new replacement instead?

sending in the Phone to get repaired is definitely the way, that might even result in you getting a replacement depending upon what ends up being found when it comes to the issues you are having with it.
