How long do i have to wait to get confirmation of delivery amd tracking ID? I ordered phone with tariff. Already paid the said amount.Got only email from O2 saying the payment has been confirmed, but did not received when should the phone be sent.

welcome to the o2 community! :relaxed:

Sometimes there can be a delay between an order and the actual delivery, this can occur due to a shortage in phones available because of high demand or a higher number of orders which need to be sent out at nearly the same time.

The confirmation of delivery and the tracking ID is sent out as soon the hardware is actually on its way to our customers via DHL.

Have you received your phone in the meantime?
