Hello,

Am a student in Germany and I came to study abroad in the USA and I have informed the O2 customer care beforehand regarding "vertragsstilllegung “. I have noticed that am not in Germany from September 2019 to April 2020  in spite of if giving all the proofs of my travel O2 is deducting money from my account. Please look into the matter and refund me the amount deducted from September, November, and December.    best regards,  Tanveer

Did you complete the application form for the Vertragsstilllegung? Did o2 confirm that your application had been approved?


Yes, I filled the application to keep the contract in hold, I sent them the proofs of my visa, ticket and study contract as well and I informed that I am visiting for about 8 months from (September 2019 to April 2020) ,I spoke with the customer care employee they and they agree for that as well.  

After coming to the USA I saw them deducting money every month from September.

Any help is highly appreciated !! 

 

   


Hello there!

 

The application was denied because of the length in total.

Then, mid-August, a contract extension was made. After the extension, no other application arrived in our system. I can see a notice from a co-workers, which says that the Stilllegung should be free of charge, but that´s about it, I´m afraid.

 

Would you mind, sending a new one to us in order to get the Stilllegung started?
