I am Abu Faizan. My o2 number is 0176XXXXX033 & 0176XXXXX942. I'm an o2 customer since 2019. In September 2019 I bought iPhone 11 from o2. They gave me 2 sims with 10 GB each with a contract of 2 years till August 2021. So, on the last week of February 2021 I had a call from o2 they told me your offer is going to be expair and they extend my contract for two years more that is till March 2023. And I have to pay around 90 euros including my phone installatment every month. I have terminated one of my sim but they told me my sim will terminate on March 2023 because i ha e a contract with o2 till march 2023.
I went to the o2 shop in Münchner Freiheit 7, 80802 München. The guy who did this contract told me it will be cancel within 2 weeks and you will get back to your old contact that is till August 2021.
But it’s been more than 4 weeks. And my was self renewed. I can’t afford this. Please kindly help meto resolve this issue. I want to cancel my new contract.

I regret that there were some misunderstandings in the shop where you prolonged both contracts for further 24 months. As you made these extensions in the shop, you do not have a withdrawal-period.
I regret, but in this case, I cannot offer you a solution. I only confirm that the number with -942 at the end will be terminated on 9th March 2023. An earlier deactivation is not possible anymore.
I understand that you expected another outcome, but in this case we do not have any other solution for you.

hope you are doing well. As you said I made these extensions, which is wrong. They took advantage that I don't speak German and manipulate me. And the next day I went to the store and told them to cancel the new contract they told me within two weeks your new contract will be canceled. After two weeks I went there them they are saying central not allow to cancel because there is a period of cancellation is 10 days. I told them I came the next day when my new contract was done. They made gave me a ticket number and told me to call the hotline. When I called the hotline they are saying there is no ticket number. Now I’m going to complain and talk to my lawyer. It’s a fraud. It the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. The customer service, saying go to the store and store saying call hotline.
