Hello,

 

I have started a contract with o2. Before, I was using ALDI Talk. I have a question about keeping my old phone number. I have read on the internet and some people say that there’s a 25 Euros fee that needs to be paid to ALDI Talk for reserving the number. Is this true? Or the whole process is handled by o2?

 

If there is such a case where I need to pay 25 Euros to keep my number and bring it to o2, will o2 cover the fee? I would be very happy if o2 does cover this fee since keeping my old phone number is such a big deal for me.

thanks for your message concerning your wish to port your prepaid-number from Aldi Talk to o2 Postpaid. 

 

According to our Pricelist we will generally charge you with 6,82 € for the porting from Aldi Talk to a foreign external provider. But you are lucky, the porting from Aldi Talk to o2 is completely free of charge. :hugging:
