Urgent!!!! Need PUK code

I need the puk code from my sim card. 

Almost trying for 3 hours now, but they keep giving me telephone numbers and I don't speak any word of Deutsch. 

Please HELP!!!!!

@13Marian did you have ever register your mobile number online for „mein o2“ customer center? You can find there you Pin and Puk. 

Bin nur Kunde und versuche anderen nach bestem Gewissen zu helfen / I'm just a customer and try to help others as best I can

You can find the codes online in Mein o2 or in the o2-App.

They sent a text with a password,  but it was already blocked

Go to a o2 shop, with your passport and meldebescheinigung, they will help you.
