Hi @Swathi ,
do you still need help? Unfortunately I can`t find a pm from you.
Best regards,
Marc
hello team O2,
This is Venkat XXXXX, I tried to take a sim card along with iPhone 10XR at O2 store in Saturn Alexanderplatz berlin on 31.07.2019, but unfortunately couldn't make the contract as I O2 representative has some problem with his system and I asked him to cancel it , he said ok and I left, later I was charged 68 euro for the connection and 30/month for 4 months,
I was continuously trying to cancel it but the guy always said this done and again I have to go, but finally on March 2020 they stopped charging the money I thought it was done but later in September I got a letter from paigo regarding the payment, I was literally shocked by seeing it, then I got to know that the contract was not canceled, I tried to reach everyone from O2 and paigo but no one is ready to listen and also I didn't get even one mahnung.
I am having a very big problem with this and I can't pay for this as I never used the service or the phone and in this corona situation I don't have money, can you please recheck or raise an issue on this, to discover the truth, I am completely dependent on you.
IMPORTANT: NO MAHNUNG , NO SIM CARD, NO PHONE
unused mobile number: 0176XXXXX670
edit o2_Tobias: out of data-security-reasons I deleted your full name and the mobile phone number. Please do not write personal data in a public thread.
Hi @venkat_25,
welcome to our English community.
Thanks for your message. I regret that there were obviously some misunderstandings in one of our shops.
I confirm that the contract with the mobile phone number -670 at the end was deactivated on 24th July 2020.
I noticed that you have already sent a written letter concerning this issue to us. Therefore, our department that is responsible for fraudulent contract orders will examine your issue and will reply to your letter.
Therefore, I ask you to have some patience until you get an answer from our department.
Thanks a lot.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
