Hello,

I successfully unsubscribed my mobile contract (xxxxxxxxx) in June with confirmation from your side.

However, every month I still receiving a bill (4 euro). 

Somebody can clarify that?

How can i write  a private message to o2 support? 


@o2_Support hello, i have a problem with an old contract. Years ago i left germany so my then roomate took over the contract, we went to an o2 store to make that change. 

years after she told has toled there were a problem with the contract because of the change, bus she hasnt told me what happen with the contract. 
 

i would like to know if the contract was cancelled or waht happened but i dont have any documents because i gave them to her before leaving. 

how can i send you a private message?

the bank account i had finished in ****7672

my birthday is 22/04/1991.
