Hello, i paid for unlimited to go internet for 1 month which ended on friday 15.10.2021, meanwhile i called customer service to extended the contract which they did and i can confirm the date changed on my 02 app, but since then i haven't gad internet because it is not active, i have repeatedly called customer service no response and i have gone to the service center no help as well. I really appreciate it if you could help, its showing red... 1mb, initially when it was previously working it was showing blue 0mb

 

Please help i have the same problem, i dont speak much German, i reactivated my 02 to go but it shows red and doesn't work

I am sorry to hear that  your data package does not work as it should. I arranged this package to be dectivated within 24 hours so you can order it again in the Mein o2 App. If you can not order this package after 24 hours, please get in touch with us again :-)

Till date noting has been done its day 7 and i dont have internet still, I'm tired of calling customer service at this point, the most interesting part is that I'm seeing an invoice, for internet that has not been activated. What do i do at this point.

I just saw that you ordered a new o2 my internet-to-Go-contract. Does it worl perfectly for you?

Therefore, I suppose that there is no need for you to reactivate the first o2 my Internet-to-Go-contract. If you like to cancel the first contract, just follow these steps: 

Concerning you invoice, this is the charge for the first month (15.09.2021 - 14.10.2021) where the package worked perfectly. Therefore, I do not agree to a discount at this point.
